*Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment assess a fee of half the scheduled services and rescheduled appointments resulting in a second trip will assess a $50 fee; any deposits made will be forfeit if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.
*The listing agent and/or homeowner must be present at the time of the shoot
*Payment is due upon receipt of invoice via either check or card
*Images will be delivered via dropbox link within 1-2 business days based on the size of the package you choose

*images will not be delivered until payment is received
*delivery times may vary due to demand
*Each shoot has an assigned timeframe. If your shoot exceeds that timeframe for any reason there will be an additional fee of $30
